Serve as the main point of contact for clients and build strong, relationship with them
Conduct regular business reviews to assess client satisfaction.
Creating and implementing sales & marketing strategies
Take charge of the lead that has opportunity to close successfully
Analyze the results and identify opportunities to improve sales system and processes.
Handle marketing activities on social media platform
Maintain records for all transactions, lease agreements and available inventory.
Build and maintain a strong network/ partnership with all IPC's / local developers and real-estate agents.
Performs regular inspections of property, recommends, and directs alterations, maintenance and reconditioning of property as necessary.
Pre-requisite:-
Candidate should be from well versed in handing clients, real estate or Hospitality or Tourism background, is preferred.
Experience of reaching out to prospective clients, contract discussion, and managing client relationship is essential.
Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Drive initiatives for service improvement, sustainability, and customer satisfaction.
Customer centric approach.
