1. Position Overview
Felix Hospital is looking for a dynamic and target-oriented
Manager - Referral Marketing
who will be responsible for building, managing, and growing the hospital's referral network.
The role involves developing strong relationships with
referring doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, local healthcare practitioners, and community influencers
to increase
IPD and OPD patient flow
.
The ideal candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, local market knowledge, and the ability to execute referral development strategies.
2. Key Responsibilities. Referral Network Development
Identify, onboard, and engage
referring doctors, clinics, nursing homes, and healthcare practitioners
.
Build and strengthen long-term relationships to ensure continuous patient referrals.
Conduct regular field visits and maintain visibility in the referral market.
B. Patient Flow & Business Growth
Increase
OPD/IPD patient footfall
through active referral channels.
Track daily/monthly referral patient numbers and ensure conversion targets are met.
Coordinate with hospital departments to ensure smooth patient experience and timely service delivery for referral patients.
C. Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for all referral partners.
Conduct regular meetings, follow-ups, and engagement activities with existing and new referral sources.
Organize CME programs, networking meets, and outreach activities to maintain strong relationships.
D. Market Intelligence & Strategy
Monitor competitor activities and referral trends in Noida & NCR.
Identify new markets, areas, and potential referral partners for expansion.
Suggest and implement growth strategies to enhance the hospital's referral business.
E. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain updated referral database with visit reports, feedback, and performance metrics.
Submit daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports to management.
Track revenue generated through referral channels and analyze performance against targets.
3. Skills & Competencies Required
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Good networking ability with healthcare professionals.
Self-motivated with strong fieldwork and sales orientation.
Ability to handle pressure and achieve business targets.
Knowledge of hospital services, patient flow, and local healthcare market.
Proficiency in MS Office & reporting tools.
4. Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Healthcare / Business Administration.
MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory.
3-7 years of experience
in
Referral Marketing / Business Development
in a hospital or healthcare organization.
Proven track record in building referral networks and achieving patient flow targets.
5. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Number of new referral partners onboarded.
Monthly OPD/IPD patient flow from referral sources.
Revenue achieved from referral segment.
Retention and engagement of referral partners.
Frequency of field visits & activity execution.
