Responsible for managing, implementing, and measuring Marketing, Branding & PR for leading Travel DMC. This is a PNL responsibility as Head of Marketing. The role will be integral to driving results through sales, lead generation, brand repositioning, and improving internal communications through employee engagement.This position will lead initiatives across multi-disciplinary teams and travel partners.Responsibilities:- Develop and manage the marketing budget and Profit & Loss (PNL).- Formulate and execute Marketing, Branding and PR strategies to enhance the visibility of the company's brand portfolio and products.- Establish and nurture relationships with media partners and generate content for press releases, by-line articles, and keynote presentations.- Build an annual calendar for Events, Road Shows, Exhibitions and collaborate with hotels, attractions, media partners, and Tourism Boards for the planning and execution of such events and campaigns.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure a unified approach to achieving company goals.- Drive sales growth for specific products, destinations, and revenue opportunities through strategic marketing eOorts.- Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms, extracting key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.- Maintain marketing Database and keep it relevant with updates.- Evaluate the eOectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives through tracking and analysis and optimise accordingly.- Drive brand awareness and consistency by developing, maintaining, and ensuring all marketing collateral and communications align with the brand's identity, value, and guidelines.- Implement and use analytics tools to optimise marketing performance, utilising data-driven insights to measure the eOectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-based decisions for continuous improvement.- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, and use research findings to inform product development and marketing strategies.Eligibility:- Min 5 years of domain experience and expertise- Expert-level knowledge and hands-on experience in using marketing automation and data systems, such as email Marketing tools, WhatsApp Marketing, SEO Tools, Google and social media Analytics.- Data-driven and highly analytical- Excellent written and verbal communication- CTC: upto 6 LPA (ref:updazz.com)
