The ideal candidate will bring 10-12 years of relevant experience in the material handling or capital equipment industry, combining strong technical knowledge with business acumen.- This role involves managing regional sales, leading a service team, handling key accounts, driving business growth, and overseeing techno-commercial negotiations with major industrial clients.Key Responsibilities:- Manage sales operations for the North India regional office based in Delhi.- Supervise and coordinate a team of Service Engineers across the northern region.- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients such as Hero, Maruti, Mahindra, Tata, Honda, and others.- Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals and quotations customized to client requirements.- Lead commercial negotiations, ensuring alignment with both client needs and company margins.- Monitor service delivery and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.- Collaborate with technical and production teams to ensure timely execution and customization.- Identify new business opportunities and monitor emerging market trends in the region.Candidate Profile:- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (MBA preferred).- 10-12 years of experience in techno-commercial or industrial sales roles, preferably in material handling or capital equipment.- Proven experience in sales leadership, client management, and commercial negotiations.- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact with senior-level client stakeholders.- Strong understanding of pricing, costing, and solution-based selling.- Capable of leading and mentoring a performance-driven team.- Organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented professional.Preferred Candidate:- Based in Delhi NCR or willing to relocate.- Comfortable with travel across North India for business development and client management.
