Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement hospital branding and marketing strategies
Ensure consistent brand identity across all communication channels (online & offline)
Manage hospital brand guidelines, creatives, and communication materials
Coordinate with internal departments for branding requirements
Oversee digital branding including website, social media, and online campaigns
Plan and execute branding campaigns, events, and promotional activities
Work with vendors, agencies, and designers for creatives and campaigns
Monitor brand performance, patient perception, and market trends
Support doctor branding, service line branding, and hospital launches
Handle reputation management and brand positioning initiatives
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of branding and healthcare marketing
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
Creative thinking with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Vendor and stakeholder management skills
Qualifications
MBA / PG Diploma in Marketing, Branding, or Communications
7-12 years of experience in branding (hospital or healthcare preferred)
