Role Description

As the Content Manager, you will be the custodian of our brand, responsible for developing and upholding its image, personality, and promise.
In this role, you will work with brand team to communicate our value proposition to our core audience across various social and digital touchpoints while weaving our brand narrative into compelling content/films and activations. You will play an integral role in making Jeevansathi the most loved brand in the category, driving growth and fostering loyalty among our customers.
Key Responsibilities

  • Be the Brand Custodian
-Lead the marketing initiatives for various social media channels and maintain brand voice at all visible customer touch points (app UI/UX, notifications, ORM)
-Stay ahead of the curve in creative content and formats by continuously meeting creative agencies, Meta and Google teams
- Translate consumer insights and competitive research into compelling creative strategies that drive salience for the brand in the right TG
-Scout and maintain positive relationships with key agencies to get them to deliver exclusive work for us in the category
  • Lead and execute social and digital first campaigns
-Prepare quarterly content calendar based on business and brand priorities. Ensure adherence to budgets through close monitoring of expenses
-Lead the creative ideation and execution for BAU posts, topical storytelling, content IPs and influencer-led activations
- Spearhead creative messaging framework for creators - celebrities/ macro/micro nano by amplifying the influence of creators to drive brand love
-Lead ideation and execution of high impact digitally amplifiable, offline branding campaigns * Creative and content production
- Deliver ROI-driven creatives for performance-static, video, partnership ads -for Google, Meta, programmatic channels
-Work with brand team to create a constant supply of digital films * Partner Management
- Manage external creative agencies, production houses, and freelancers for scalability and quality.
- Ensure smooth creative workflows, prioritization, and project delivery across multiple stakeholders and campaigns
Required Qualifications
Functional skills
  • Excellent creative and aesthetic sense with proven track record of creating content for internet and consumer brands.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices (Insta, LI, YT, X)
  • Knowledge of virality and the dynamics of digital mediums along with industry trends
  • Deep understanding of category is preferred. Culling out insights that can be converted to relatable communication
  • Sharp design sensibility with hands-on expertise in visual storytelling, copy direction, and brand tone-of-voice
  • Working knowledge of AI tools ( Veo 3/ Canva Pro suite / Eleven Labs/ Mid journey), social tracking (Hoot Suite) and basic animation tools etc
  • Having a strong agency network is a bonus skill set
