Develop and execute B2C marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, student acquisition and platform engagement
Design user engagement initiatives, contests, and experiential marketing programs for campus events
Manage social media presence and influencer partnerships to build brand affinity
Identify, negotiate, and execute strategic partnerships / brand alliances / co-marketing initiatives across various industries to drive user acquisition & engagement
The ideal candidate should
4-7 years of experience in consumer marketing, preferably targeting GenZ/college student demographics
Proven experience in negotiating, structuring and managing strategic partnerships / brand alliances
Understanding of the student ecosystem, campus culture & youth marketing trends across India
Creative mindset with strong project management capabilities and attention to detail
