Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on

Marketing Manager

with a

strong command over branding, influencer marketing, and modern AI-driven marketing tools

. The role requires leading brand growth, driving demand through digital and offline channels, and building strong consumer connections through content, creators, and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities Strategy, Branding & Planning

Own and strengthen overall

brand strategy, positioning, and voice

Plan and execute brand campaigns, launches, and seasonal promotions Ensure consistent branding across digital, offline, and on-ground touchpoints Develop annual marketing plans, calendars, and budgets
Influencer & Content Marketing (Core Responsibility)

Lead

influencer marketing strategy

across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) Identify, onboard, and manage creators, food bloggers, and local influencers Plan influencer-led campaigns, track performance, and ensure ROI Collaborate with creators to produce high-quality brand-aligned content
Digital & Performance Marketing

Oversee paid campaigns on Meta, Google, YouTube, and marketplaces Monitor KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, conversions, and revenue Work closely with agencies or in-house teams for optimization and scaling
AI Tools & Marketing Automation

Use

AI tools

for: Content ideation & copywriting Creative optimization Campaign analysis & insights Social media planning and scheduling Leverage AI to improve productivity, personalization, and campaign performance
Team & Stakeholder Management

Lead and mentor marketing executives and interns Coordinate with design, operations, sales, and external agencies Manage influencers, media partners, and creative vendors
Reporting & Analysis

Track campaign performance and brand health metrics Prepare weekly/monthly dashboards and management presentations Use data-driven insights to improve brand impact and ROI
Key Skills & Requirements (Must-Have)

5-8 years of experience in marketing (QSR preferred)

Strong hands-on experience in branding & influencer marketing

Proven ability to build and scale brand presence Solid understanding of digital & performance marketing Experience managing teams, agencies, and creators Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
