The Role:
Strategy & Planning
Define and lead the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy at the country level.
Develop and implement national campaign plans and local marketing initiatives aligned with regional strategies and the annual marketing budget.
Contribute to state product portfolio strategy and 3 years product positioning plan
Create a digital marketing strategy in alignment with online capability team and collaborate with execution
Budget Management
Develop and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation to maximize ROI.
Ensure marketing spend aligns with regional guidelines and sales ratios.
Monthly reporting of the budget utilization to the sales head and provisioning to the finance team
Market Intelligence
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
Use data to refine local marketing strategies and respond to industry changes and regulatory shifts.
New Product Launches
Lead local execution of the New Product Launch playbook.
Oversee all launch activities from market positioning and pricing to promotional planning and demo trials.
Campaign Execution
Design and implement targeted marketing campaigns aligned with GTM strategy and national objectives.
Ensure consistent messaging, brand compliance, and alignment with sales priorities.
Performance & Reporting
Track KPIs and campaign performance metrics; report results to senior management.
Consequence management by rigorous reviews of bottom performers to increase efficacy
Collaboration & Leadership
Work closely with sales teams and the Head of Sales to ensure integration between marketing and commercial activities.
Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
Collaborate with Design, Video and marcom team in execution of National campaigns
Qualifications
we look for:
5-8 years of field marketing experience, preferably in the Agrochemical industry.
Proven marketing experience, ideally within the agrochemical / crop protection or related industries.
Strong background in product launches, market strategy, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Fluency in Hindi and English is required.
Experience working in collaborative culture will be given an extra edge
