JOB RESPONSIBILITY



1. Co- ordinate with 3P marketing agencies: To work with several marketing and advertising agencies to make sure they're respecting the brand purpose and guidelines throughout every communication.

2. Needs to focus on consumer research and monitor market trends. Should have a grasp over the target market and analyse the market demand. Analyse the reactions of the customer on the marketing campaigns. What's being said on social media and how are people talking about the brand.

3. Asst. Marketing manager should be able to provide feedback and analyse on key brand activity. Should have the capability to provide inputs into future activity as well as feed into help support corporate strategy and direction.

4. Engage with sales team and execute all marketing programs and initiatives.

5. Conduct market research and discuss future marketing plan & campaign ideas with the management

6. In-charge of all content related to the company including but not limited to Logos, Colour Palettes, standardised Font, Labels, etc. which will impact the way the Company Brand is perceived by external parties.

7. Analyse consumer data and create reports on results of past campaigns, conversion rates, web traffic & rankings and coordinate with Digital Marketing Vendor to implement the same.

8. Should have knowledge in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Designing and Label creation, content creation, Food Photography etc.,

9. Identify sources and run advertisement/promotional campaigns in print and digital media.

10. Manage digital marketing tools such as search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), email and social media marketing using techniques such as keyword optimization, paid campaigns and content optimization.

11. Curation of content for brochures, food magazines, packs, recipes, advertisements and update website on an ad hoc basis.

12. Creation of yearly schedule for domestic and international exhibitions.

13. Liaise with exhibition vendors for timely slot booking, space management and designing of exhibition stand.

14. Design unique engagement theme, content, and items for exhibition.

15. Plan and coordinate company activities and events.

16. Assist in creating presentations for business purposes.

17. Partner with influencers to reach new audience and increase brand awareness.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
