Job Summary:

Ingex Botanicals is seeking a Manager Marketing to lead our B2B marketing in the U.S. market. This is a full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru, India, with a strong focus on brand building, strategic marketing, and business development within the herbal ingredients industry. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to position Ingex Botanicals as a leading provider of clinically studied, branded botanical ingredients.

Roles and Responsibility:

? Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan to expand market share in the U.S. herbal ingredients industry.

? Build and manage branded ingredient platforms, ensuring clinical validation and market differentiation.

? Drive B2B marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns, trade shows, and content marketing tailored for U.S. clients.

? Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify growth opportunities.

? Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, including nutraceutical brands, dietary supplement manufacturers, and industry influencers.

? Oversee public relations and corporate branding efforts to enhance visibility and credibility.

? Collaborate with R&D and Sales teams to align product development with market needs.

? Ensure all marketing activities comply with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

? Lead a high-performing marketing team, providing strategic direction and mentorship

? Ability to travel internationally as required for business development and industry events.
