Job Brief: Marketing Manager

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Manager to join our team and contribute to our overall marketing efforts. The Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in the development and execution of marketing plans, focusing on brand awareness and promotion. Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive market research to gain valuable insights and create marketing strategies.

- Collaborate and generate innovative ideas for creative marketing campaigns.

- Support both outbound and inbound marketing activities, demonstrating expertise in areas such as content development and optimization, advertising, and event planning.

- Coordinate with external vendors to successfully execute promotional events and campaigns.

- Plan and implement initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels, including social media, email marketing, television, and other relevant platforms.

- Analyze marketing data, including campaign results, conversion rates, and website traffic, to extract meaningful insights that will shape future marketing strategies.

- Undertake assigned tasks within the overall marketing plan.

Requirements and Skills:

- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, with a track record of successfully executing marketing campaigns.

- In-depth understanding of marketing elements, encompassing both traditional and digital techniques, such as SEO, social media, and more.

- Excellent English language skills equivalent to that of a native English speaker.

- Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and proficiency in relevant tools.

- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM), and applications such as web analytics and Google AdWords.

- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Commercial awareness combined with a creative mindset.

- Ability to motivate and lead a team.
