Key Responsibilities:- Develop, implement, and scale performance marketing campaigns tailored to marketplace dynamics (Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto). - Build marketing calendars and ad strategies for launches, promotions, and category pushes. - Analyze campaign results to optimize ROI, CTR, conversion rates, and other key performance metrics. - Stay on top of marketplace algorithms, seasonal trends, and competitive landscape to inform campaign decisions. - Collaborate cross-functionally with design, content, sales, and product teams to maintain consistent brand messaging and timely execution. - Prepare and share weekly/monthly performance dashboards and growth insights with leadership. Requirements:- 4-5 years of hands-on marketing experience, ideally in performance/digital marketing agencies or consumer brands. - Proven success in managing paid campaigns and visibility on Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto (other platforms like Amazon, Myntra, BigBasket are a plus). - Experience in the electronics or consumer durables category is highly preferred. - Strong analytical and reporting skills - comfortable with dashboards, performance metrics, and iterative testing. - Gurgaon-based (or willing to relocate) and open to a fast-paced, in-office culture. - Strong communication skills, cross-team collaboration ability, and a project ownership mindset.
