Job Description

Develop and implement marketing and business development strategies to achieve company sales and growth objectives. Identify and explore new market segments, customers, and business opportunities in domestic and international markets. Manage lead generation, client acquisition, and customer retention initiatives. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, OEMs, and industry partners. Conduct market research to analyse industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to support decision-making. Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential clients. Collaborate with the Design and Production teams to ensure that customer requirements are accurately understood and met. Lead participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility. Oversee the creation of marketing materials, digital campaigns, and product documentation in alignment with brand standards. Monitor and report marketing KPIs, including inquiries, conversion rates, and market share growth. Ensure effective pricing strategies, customer negotiations, and after-sales follow-up for client satisfaction. Provide regular market feedback to management and contribute to strategic business planning.

Pay: ₹78,000.00 - ₹94,000.00 per month
