We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Marketing Manager

with strong digital marketing expertise to lead integrated marketing initiatives across multiple brands and client accounts. This role requires a strategic thinker and hands-on leader who can drive growth, strengthen brand positioning, and mentor a high-performing marketing operations team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in growth marketing, B2B marketing ecosystems, and stakeholder collaboration, particularly with U.S.-based clients or leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, own, and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goals across multiple brands or client portfolios. Lead and manage the marketing operations team, ensuring timely execution, quality delivery, and continuous capability development. Drive

growth marketing initiatives

, including demand generation, lead nurturing, funnel optimization, and performance marketing. Partner with U.S. stakeholders to align campaign priorities, review performance metrics, and participate in regular strategy and review meetings. Oversee digital marketing channels including paid media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, marketing automation, and content marketing. Ensure consistent

brand positioning, messaging, and creative direction

across all campaigns and customer touchpoints. Analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and funnel metrics to optimize ROI and improve conversion outcomes. Identify emerging digital trends, tools, and process improvements to enhance marketing efficiency and scalability. Act as a

Required Skills & Competencies

Qualifications & Experience

MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business preferred. 9-12 years of progressive experience in marketing management, ideally within an agency, B2B SaaS, or multi-brand environment. Proven experience managing digital marketing programs at scale with measurable business impact. Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills for executive-level and client-facing communication. Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail with a balance of creativity, analytical thinking, and operational excellence.
