We are looking for a Manager - Marketing & Communications to lead strategic B2B marketing initiatives and elevate the organization's presence across the higher education ecosystem. This role calls for a strong storyteller who can transform complex ideas into compelling narratives and a data-driven marketer who can build campaigns that influence senior academic decision-makers, including university leaders, vice chancellors, deans, and institutional stakeholders. You will be responsible for developing and executing a high-impact communications and marketing engine focused on ABM strategies, thought leadership, brand visibility, events, and sales enablement--ultimately driving measurable business growth.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end B2B marketing strategy targeting academic leadership and institutional decision-makers.
  • Build and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns tailored to priority accounts and personas.
  • Develop high-quality storytelling content, thought-leadership pieces, and strategic communication assets.
  • Manage PR, media outreach, and brand visibility initiatives to strengthen market presence.
  • Plan and oversee events, webinars, and leadership forums to engage target audiences.
  • Support sales teams with effective collateral, presentations, and sales enablement materials.
  • Analyze marketing performance, track KPIs, and optimize campaigns using data-driven insights.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all communication channels.
