Key Responsibilities
Market Research & Strategy
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities across multiple sectors (facade, construction, automotive, automation, energy, interiors).
Conduct competitor analysis and track industry trends.
Develop go-to-market strategies for new products and segments.
Business Development
Generate leads through networking, trade shows, industry events, digital platforms, and direct outreach.
Build and maintain relationships with architects, contractors, industrial designers, OEMs, and system integrators.
Prepare proposals, technical presentations, and quotations.
Work with the engineering team to understand machine capabilities and translate them into customer value.
Support negotiations, pricing discussions, and project closures.
Maintain CRM records and track sales pipeline progress.

Strong knowledge of
B2B/industrial marketing

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in
Marketing, Business Administration, Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, or related field

2-5 years of experience in
marketing, business development, or sales
in
FACADE INDUSTRY
Knowledge of aluminum, facade systems, or precision machining is a
plus
.
Performance Metrics (KPIs)
Number of new qualified leads generated per quarter.
Sales pipeline growth and conversion ratio.
New industries/segments entered successfully.
Revenue growth from non-facade sectors.
Brand visibility & marketing ROI.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
