Responding to Request for Information (RFI)/ Expression of Interest (EOI)/ Request for Proposals (RFP)/ Tender Enquiry (TE)

Review of RFI/ EOI/ RFP/ TE and pre-bid queries drafting/ collation. Advice from various internal departments before pre-bid meeting. Initiation and closure of Non-Disclosure Agreements, Memorandum of Understand, Binding Agreements. RFP response collation including drafting of compliance, collection of documents for vendor qualification. Drafting risk review presentation. Collecting/ securing costing sheet. Preparing cashflows and seeking advice from internal treasury and finance departments. Final submission.

Contract management:

Contractual Delivery Date monitoring and extensions requests. Estimated Cost to Completion monitoring in respective heads and reporting changes. Monitoring adherence to payment milestones with respect to initial definition, budget, projections. Monitoring adherence to collections with respect to initial definition, budget and projections. Scope creep monitoring and claims/ letters to customer. Customer correspondence.

Financials reporting and projections:Drawing budgets for Order Inflow, revenue, margin, invoicing and collections. Preparing and updating inputs/ projections/ presentations for business unit Head/ IC Head/ CEO/ CFO review. Preparing qualitative write-ups. Providing recoveries on projects. Budgeting and monitoring department revenue expenses. * Creation of and providing inputs for Power BI dashboards for monitoring financials.
