- We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to oversee the end-to-end marketing activities for Hoi.
- As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention through both online and offline channels.
- Additionally, you will collaborate with external agencies as needed to support the marketing initiatives.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for B2C tech driven business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote Hoi platform, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention through effective online and offline marketing campaigns. Identify and test new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics.
- Create and manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Identify target audiences and develop tailored marketing messages and campaigns to effectively reach and engage them.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness and incorporate the learnings in the strategy.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as product, design, and content, to ensure consistent brand messaging and user experience across all marketing channels.
- Work closely with external agencies, such as creative agencies, media buyers etc. to plan and execute marketing initiatives.
- Oversee the development and production of marketing materials, including advertisements, brochures, website content, and social media assets.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging marketing channels and technologies, and incorporate them into the marketing strategy as appropriate.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and develop strategies to differentiate our platform in the marketplace.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular updates to the management team.
Requirements:
Qualification: A Bachelor\'s/Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in marketing for B2C business
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Experience in managing online advertising campaigns, including Google AdWords, social media advertising, and programmatic advertising.
- Proficient in using marketing analytics tools to measure and optimize campaign performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages and presentations.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinker with a strong analytical mindset and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
