About the Role:



This role involves supporting the Agency Leasing business by planning, executing, and managing marketing initiatives that enhance property visibility, support leasing mandates, and enable the transaction team to effectively engage occupiers and stakeholders. The position requires strong coordination, content development, and campaign execution skills aligned with commercial real estate leasing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:



Drive marketing initiatives for the Agency Leasing business. Create, edit, and proofread marketing collaterals such as IMs, pitch decks, property presentations, emailers, brochures, flyers and proposals. Manage end-to-end marketing support for all assignments. Support the transaction team in RFPs, pitches, and mandate presentations, ensuring high-quality, client-ready deliverables. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to deliver integrated campaigns. Support property-specific marketing strategies, including online listings, campaigns, and client outreach initiatives. Interface with core marketing for the business. Maintain and update marketing assets, listings, and databases to ensure accuracy and consistency across platforms. Stay updated on emerging trends in commercial real estate marketing and digital engagement and implement relevant best practices.

About you



2-4 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, or Real Estate Marketing. Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail. Experience in creating presentations and marketing collaterals for professional or client-facing use. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tight timelines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Canva, MS Office, and working knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms. Prior exposure to commercial real estate, agency leasing, or professional services is an advantage.
