Role Overview :- We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Marketing Manager to lead brand growth, demand generation, and performance marketing initiatives. This role will own marketing strategy, campaign planning, and cross-channel execution while working closely with leadership, creative, and product teams.- If you understand how to balance strategy with execution, build high-impact campaigns, and drive measurable outcomes - this role is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Planning- Define and execute end-to-end marketing strategy aligned with business goals- Plan quarterly and monthly marketing roadmaps across channels- Identify growth opportunities across digital, partnerships, and offline initiativesCampaigns & Performance Marketing- Lead and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and other platforms- Optimize campaigns for lead generation, conversions, CAC, and ROI- Oversee landing pages, funnels, and user journeys for performance improvementBrand & Content Management- Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone, and positioning across all touchpoints- Work closely with content, design, and copy teams to deliver compelling campaigns- Review and approve marketing creatives, copies, and communication assetsAnalytics & Optimization- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance and key marketing metrics- Use data insights to improve CTR, engagement, conversion rates, and retention- Manage marketing dashboards and performance reports for leadershipTeam & Stakeholder Collaboration- Coordinate with internal teams including product, tech, sales, and operations- Manage external vendors, agencies, and freelancers when required- Support leadership with market insights, competitor analysis, and growth ideas (ref:updazz.com)
