Job Description

Oversee day-to-day operations of the hatchery, ensuring optimal hatch rates and chick quality. Manage incubation, hatching schedules, and egg setting procedures. Monitor and maintain hatchery equipment, including incubators and hatchers. Ensure biosecurity and hygiene protocols are strictly followed. Coordinate with the breeder farm and production team for egg supply planning. Maintain accurate records of egg intake, hatchability, chick output, and mortality. Lead and supervise hatchery staff, including training and shift scheduling. Troubleshoot hatchery problems and implement corrective measures. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards. Report regularly to senior management on performance and productivity.
