Key Responsibilities/Deliverables:
1. Generate business from retail segments for assigned areas from various sub-dealers, electricians and other stake holders of Chennai branch.
2. Manage and generate business form Channel partners who spread across the assigned area/territory of Coimbatore branch. Generate business through Smartshop (Power User) for Chennai Branch.
3. Generate business of INR 25 Cr through Smartshop (Power User) for Chennai Branch for CY-25.
4. Achieve individual targets assigned as per the allocation for retail business.
5. FDP Champion for the branch.
6. Monitoring secondary sales for stockiest.
7. Conduct sales promotional activities and brand visibility programs at assigned area/territory.
8. Designing of quarterly dealer scheme for electricians.
9. Development of retail network in untapped areas.
