Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Manager - Logistics & Warehousing - (M Band)
Roles & responsibilities:

• Responsible for Warehouse managment and Logistic. Overall responsible for CFA opertaions, Warehousing, Logistics opertions & Import shipment clarance and distribution.
• Procurement Planning /Inventory Management for Import shipments: preparing product wise requirement as per sales plan. Tracking and maintaining inventory levels at all c & fa location.
• Distribution: Inventory allocation and distribution at right place at right quantity and time.
• MIS - Customer wise service tracking SLA vs actuals & CFA performance trakcing monthly basis.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and Products Sales permision related & regulatory requirements as well as compliances to Mahindra internal guidelines.
• Cost Managment:- CFA Cost managment and Logistics cost managment
