Inviting applications for the role of Manager, Logistics!
In this role, you will lead multi-region operations, manage cost and service KPIs, and collaborate across functions to ensure operational excellence and cost optimization.
Responsibilities
Lead multi-region logistics operations and dispatch planning
Own OTIF, freight cost, delivery accuracy, and network efficiency KPIs
Develop logistics strategies aligned with business demand
Negotiate with vendors, manage contracts, and ensure performance governance
Drive automation, digital adoption, and process transformation
Collaborate with SCM, Finance, and Sales for forecasting and planning
Manage annual logistics budget and cost-reduction roadmap
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related) or Supply Chain Management.
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
Expertise in Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Knowledge of data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau) for KPI tracking and reporting
Familiarity with automation technologies and digital supply chain solutions
Advanced skills in Excel and forecasting models
Understanding of inventory optimization techniques and network design tools
Strong leadership and people management
Deep understanding of logistics and supply chain networks
Ability to handle large volumes and multi-region complexity
High-level vendor negotiation and cost management skills
Strong analytical and planning capability.
