Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee
end-to-end logistics operations
(inbound & outbound)
Plan, coordinate, and monitor
daily dispatch and delivery schedules
Handle
vendor coordination
, transporters, courier partners, and freight agencies
Ensure
on-time delivery of products
and minimize delays and costs
Oversee
inventory management, stock movement, and warehouse operations
Monitor shipment tracking, documentation, and issue resolution
Optimize
logistics costs and operational efficiency
Maintain proper records, MIS reports, and logistics documentation
Coordinate with
sales, production, and accounts teams
for smooth operations
Handle
returns, replacements, and reverse logistics
Requirements / Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in
Logistics / Supply Chain / Business / Management
or related field
3-8 years of experience
in logistics & operations (product-based industry preferred)
