Regulatory Compliance

? Stay updated on local, regional, and national regulations, zoning laws, building codes, and other legal requirements related to real estate development and construction.

? Interpret and communicate regulatory changes to internal teams, ensuring that projects are aligned with legal standards.

Government Liaison

? Act as the primary point of contact for government agencies, regulatory bodies, and local authorities for all matters related to project approvals, permits, and licenses.

? Establish and maintain strong relationships with government officials and stakeholders to facilitate efficient project progress.

Approvals and Permits

?Initiate and oversee the process of obtaining necessary permits, clearances, and approvals for real estate projects, ensuring timely submissions and adherence to requirements.

? Collaborate with internal departments to compile and submit documentation necessary for obtaining necessary permits.

Documentation and Reporting

? Prepare and submit comprehensive documentation, reports, and applications required for obtaining regulatory approvals and permits.

?Maintain accurate records of all correspondence, approvals, and permits for audit purposes.

Risk Management

?Identify potential legal and regulatory risks that could impact projects and provide guidance to internal teams on mitigation strategies.

? Collaborate with legal experts to address legal challenges and ensure that projects are carried out within legal boundaries.

Stakeholder Communication

? Facilitate effective communication between internal teams, external stakeholders, and government agencies to address concerns, clarify requirements, and expedite approvals.

? Represent the organization in meetings and negotiations with regulatory authorities.

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
