About the Role

If you possess strong expertise in drafting, reviewing, and managing commercial agreements and contracts, Non-disclosure agreements, and are adept at working with diverse stakeholders across the MEASA region, you could be the ideal candidate to help us navigate complex legal landscapes with confidence and precision

Responsibilities

Drafting and Reviewing Agreements

: Prepare, review, and maintain standard templates for client, vendor, and independent contractor (IC) agreements, as well as non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and other contractual documents for Frost & Sullivan.

Contract Vetting

: Review and vet vendor, client, and IC contracts to ensure compliance with company policies, legal standards, and jurisdictional requirements across the MEASA region.

Legal Support for Sales & Operations Teams

: Provide timely legal review and advice on sales contracts, supplier codes of conduct, NDAs, and other business agreements to mitigate risks and align with corporate objectives.

Insurance Documentation Review

: Examine and validate insurance documents and policies entered by the company with insurers to ensure compliance and adequate coverage.

Contract Tracking & Database Management

: Maintain an organized and up-to-date repository of all executed contracts; ensure timely tracking of contract renewals, expirations, and amendments.

Stakeholder Coordination:

Collaborate proactively with internal stakeholders, including finance, operations, and sales teams, to initiate renewal discussions and ensure smooth contract lifecycle management.

Compliance & Risk Management:

Support the implementation of legal policies, risk management practices, and compliance frameworks to ensure adherence to regional and global legal standards.

Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities to streamline and automate contract management processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and legal compliance.

Required Competencies

We're looking for candidates who -

Strong understanding of corporate and commercial law, with the ability to interpret and apply legal principles across multiple jurisdictions. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail and accuracy in legal drafting. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment. High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information. Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on mitigating legal risk while supporting business goals.

Education and Professional Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in law (LLB or equivalent). Minimum of 5-6 years of relevant experience working in a corporate legal department or a reputed law firm as an employee. Demonstrated experience in contract drafting, vetting, and negotiation across multiple jurisdictions (preferably within the MEASA region). Strong working knowledge of commercial law, contract law, and corporate governance. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams). Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Are Well-organized and detail-oriented Take ownership to work independently with remote supervision Can multi-task and meet tight deadlines Are disciplined and adhere to high-quality standards Is a strategic thinker; understands how operational activities are vital in supporting the overall strategy of the business
