Full time Law Degree from a premier law school with a specialization in corporate law. 2. At least 5 years of prior experience working with corporate clients (in-house counsel or law firm) & Responsibilities: 1. Review and edit customer contract documents, including Statements of Work (SOWs), Term Sheets, Amendments, Change Orders etc. 2. Support other counsel in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating Master Services Agreements and Master Terms and Conditions. 3. Assess scope of work, business processes, workflows, information exchanges, service levels, other commercial and legal aspects of the contract. 4. Assist in identifying, assessing, managing, and taking necessary steps in coordination with team members to prevent legal risks associated with the changing business and regulatory environment. 5. Keep oneself abreast of the applicable legislations and their changes impacting the business and assist in providing required training to non-legal stakeholders on legal subjects and updates in laws.
