Position: Manager Legal Location: Chennai Qualification: LLB Graduate
- Look after the entire legal affaris of Projects in Chennai under the guidance/advise of Legal Head (Mumbai) and Project Head (Chennai), including
- attending Courts, K-RERA, Appellate Tribunals, Government Authorities, Police Station wrt to all civil and criminal matters/complaints, if any;
- drafting / vetting Agreement for Sale, Allotment Letter, Application Forms and other marketing documents for residential launch; drafting/vetting Leave & License Agreement, Lease Agreement, Sale Deed, and related documents for Commercial Premises transactions;
- drafting/vetting the reply to be sent to the customers;
- drafting / vetting various documents/contracts wrt procurement & contracts;
- drafting / vetting various other legal documents/deeds/ NDA/commercial transaction documents;
- briefing external lawyers and forward/arrange all the documents required by the external lawyers to ensure that all the matters are attended and submissions are made on or before the prescribed date(s);
- send periodcal update/MIS to Legal Head (Mumbai) wrt Legal matters/pending legal assignments on Banglore & Mysore Projects;
- any other matters/assignments/works that may be assigned by the Legal Head
