Job Purpose: Oversee complete legal work and assisting legal head Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Drafting & reviewing of Legal related agreements and documentation like Application Form, Agreement, buyer agreement, Assignment Agreement, Transfer Case documents.
Handling customer related queries regarding title of the property and agreement related queries.
Liasoning with internal departments as necessary to complete all formalities concerning property matters.
Drafting & vetting of agreements.
Handling day-to-day / routine legal requirements.
Drafting all necessary legal documents in respect for all matters before various courts and authorities.
Job Requirements:
Educational Qualification : LLB/ LLM
Work Experience : 8 - 12 years
Key Competencies : Legal Drafting, Liasoning, Contracts and agreements
