Listed as Top Rates Product on G2Crowd, GetApp and TrustRadius Job Purpose: We are looking for an experienced and qualified LLB graduate to join our legal team as an In-House Counsel. The focus of this role is on ensuring statutory compliance, managing litigation matters and knowledge of Indian labour laws. : - Provide legal advice and support to the company on a wide range of legal matters, including but not limited to corporate, commercial, employment, and regulatory matters. - Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts and agreements, including but not limited to NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and licensing agreements. - Handle litigation and its cognate tasks, including but not limited to drafting pleadings, attending court hearings, and managing external counsel. - Work closely with the business teams to identify and mitigate legal risks and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. - Manage and coordinate with external legal counsel as required. - Keep up to date with changes in laws and regulations that may affect the company\'s business. Requirements: - LLB degree and 4-6 years of relevant experience in a law firm or in-house legal department. - Prior experience in SaaS/ITES sectors is a good-to-have. - Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
