Accordion's Data & Analytics (D&A) practice in India delivers cutting-edge, intelligent solutions to a global clientele, leveraging a blend of domain knowledge, sophisticated technology tools, and deep analytics capabilities to tackle complex business challenges.
We partner with Private Equity clients and their Portfolio Companies across diverse sectors, including Retail, CPG, Healthcare, Media & Entertainment, Technology, and Logistics.

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana
Role Overview:
This role will primarily focus on reviewing contracts, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and internal policies, and supporting a wide range of legal matters. The successful candidate will work closely with senior legal counsel and other departments to help safeguard the company's legal interests and maintain the required compliance standards.
What You will do:
1.Contract Review & Drafting:
Review, draft and negotiate contracts, including but not limited to supplier agreements,vendor contracts, client agreements, service agreements and non-disclosure
agreements (NDAs).
Ensure contracts comply with company policies and applicable laws.
Assist in the development of standard contract templates and processes.
Work closely with business teams and advice on day-to-day issues and concerns with client agreements.
2. Compliance Support:
Monitor and ensure the company's adherence to regulatory and legal requirements across various jurisdictions
Assist in conducting internal compliance audits and risk assessments
Support the development and implementation of compliance programs, policies, and training materials.
Advice on corporate governance, data protection, and regulatory compliance.
3. Legal Research & Advisory:
Conduct legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
Provide advice and recommendations on legal risks and compliance matters to internal stakeholders
Assist senior legal counsel and legal team in preparing legal opinions and reports
3. General Legal Support:
Assist in corporate governance matters, including board meeting minutes and regulatory filings.
Support the legal team with dispute resolution, litigation, and other legal matters as required.
Handle general legal administrative tasks, including maintaining contract databases and records.
Ideally, you have:
LLB or equivalent degree.
4-6 years of experience in a law firm or in-house experience
Proficiency with email and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
Problem solving skills and detail-oriented
Good communication (written and verbal) and strong interpersonal skills.
Understanding of contract laws and commercial agreements.
