Manager - Legal and Compliance - 5+ Years - Gurgaon
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional for the position of Manager - Compliance. The role calls for a minimum of 5 years of experience in Anti-Money Laundering (AML), regulatory compliance, and business advisory, with a strong understanding of FIU and IRDAI regulations. Responsibilities: * Ensure compliance with all applicable insurance regulations, guidelines, and standards.

• Develop, implement, and monitor frameworks and processes for improved compliance management.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and audit bodies, addressing legal queries and inspections.
• Regularly update internal teams on changes in insurance regulations and advise on the requisite compliance measures.
• Conduct compliance trainings and promote best practices to increase awareness across teams.
• Prepare reports and compliance certificates for stakeholders and management review.

Requirements: * A graduate degree in any discipline is acceptable, with a bachelor's degree in law or a related field considered a plus

• At least 5+ years of experience in insurance compliance, regulatory affairs, or related domains.
• Extensive knowledge of IRDAI regulations, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) practices, and international insurance compliance standards.
• Proven expertise in drafting policies, agreements, and regulatory documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
