Candidates will be required to work on Mandated Properties for captive clients
Candidate shall be responsible to respond to the Residential/ Commercial leasing requirements of brokers/ clients and lease the mandated properties with the company
Sending business proposals
Follow up of transactions & closures.
Required Skill Set
Candidate should have experience of minimum 2 years out of which 1 year should be in a profession Real Estate Services firm
Experience of Leasing vertical is preferred
Candidate should have excellent Communication skills
Working Knowledge of MS-Office.
Candidate should be a vibrant personality, with a high potential to sell.
