Meeting with prospective tenants to show properties, conduct interviews, receive rental applications and explain terms of occupancy.
Processing applications and conducting credit checks.
Collecting monthly fees and maintaining records of payments and rental activity.
Preparing budgets and financial reports.
Liaising with residents, collecting rent, doing basic bookkeeping, organizing property viewings and overseeing facility maintenance.
Evaluating applicants and negotiating contracts.
Communicating with owners to coordinate lease signings, rent payments, maintenance requests, and other tasks related to managing rental units.
Providing administrative support to property managers and leasing agents by scheduling showings, keeping records of communication with tenants, and updating databases with new listings or lease agreements.
