Global Learning services manager plays a key role in managing End-to-End Learning Operations, Oversees the full spectrum of learning delivery, from platform administration to seamless program execution. Leads the end-to-end management of learning programs and campaigns, encompassing design to deployment, and reporting.
Responsibilities
Agility: Requires strong attention to detail and the ability to adapt quickly to changing needs.
Business Acumen: Aligns learning initiatives with organizational goals to ensure relevance and impact.
LMS Expertise: Administer the internal LMS, create, manage global training catalogs and sessions. Participate in UAT testing for LMS upgrades and vendor integrations.
Data & Analytics: Create dashboards and reports using analytics tools to measure learning impact, effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Engagement: * Understand stakeholder learning needs for South America region, business goals, and expectations to align solutions effectively.
