QUALIFICATION: Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resource Management/ Psychology or any equivalent. Diploma /post graduate diploma in Training & Development will be an added advantage.
EXPERIENCE: 10- 12 years' experience in Learning & Development /Operations domain with minimum 3 years' experience in leading the L & D function of a large organisation.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Key Job Responsibilities
Design, develop and implement various Learning & Development strategies and programs in alignment with the overall organizational goal.
Collaborate with operational teams to develop training programs to improve employee productivity and efficiency.
Conduct organizational & individual needs analysis and create customized training plans to build required competencies of teams.
Drive a culture of continuous learning and development that enables the teams to deliver greater results.
Drive and ensure various Training certifications as proposed by MSIL
Periodic review of SOPs in collaboration with operational team and conduct audits to ensure quality standards are adhered
Drive digital adoption by developing training programs that enhance employee skills on new technology tools and digital processes
Partner with HR team to initiate and drive various employee engagement programs
