Ensure the process of OD is conducted sincerely across all functions to arrive at key actions and succession planning to make the organization for growth & sustainability.
Conduct a functional training need Analysis for each function by interacting with functional heads.
Organising Trainings to fill the gaps identified by Performance Management Team in Competency Assessment process.
Accountable for ensuring that the contents of the regular training modules / induction in updated from time-to-time.
Helping superior in preparing the L&D Budget on annual basis.
