Primary role


Training Needs Analysis: Identify organizational, functional, and individual training requirements to design appropriate learning and development interventions. Training Design & Execution: Develop training modules, curate content, and execute sessions tailored to organizational needs. External Trainer Management: Identify, evaluate, and empanel external trainers; coordinate module design and oversee delivery quality. Induction Programs: Lead and conduct regular induction programs at the Head Office to onboard new employees effectively. Research & Development: Conduct research for internal training modules and support superiors in designing effective training sessions. Training Planning: Prepare, plan, and coordinate the training and event calendar; ensure timely execution and successful completion of scheduled activities. Training Delivery: Facilitate and deliver training sessions as per organizational requirements, ensuring engagement and learning outcomes. Process & Data Management: Track training processes, maintain training records, and generate reports for management review.
