Engage with business leaders & HRBPs to understand business objectives, diagnose and assess required organizational, leadership and performance capabilities Stay updated with leadership development trends - skills, tools and frameworks & apply them Discover impactful insights and make performance / capability enhancing recommendations to supported stakeholders Design, develop and execute leadership development journeys and interventions
Do program management leadership development journeys and interventions

Facilitate leadership development workshops at mid-leadership level Track and report learning outcomes, behavioral change and business impact
Develop strong relationships internally and with external resources / vendors

You will be successful in this role if you have:

BA/BS degree and 6-8 years' relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
