Job Description


1. Must have 2- 3 year of Exposure to Lead Management-
Generation to Conversion.
2. Exposure on Lead Management, Lead Life Cycle, nurturing,
conversion and Knowledge of managing Lead Platform/ CRM
3. Identification of sources of lead generation
4. Analysis of Lead Input & Output in order to maximize
conversions.
5. Analysis of lead journey to identify leakage points and plugging
them for increasing conversion
6. Coordination with Regional Sales Team i.e., CSM, ASM, RM &
team at Head Office.
7. Good command over Excel & Power point
8. Strong Interpersonal skill and ability to manage different
stakeholders
9. Strong persuasion skill & Result orientation approach
