Inviting applications for the role of Manager, Black Belt

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying improvement opportunities to deliver business impact for clients by improving business processes, solving problems, and driving change within the organization using relevant LSS & digital tools and methodology. Implementation of Software Engineering Practices in IT as per ISO 20K & CMMi standards would be integral part of the role

Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 Independently lead the high impact projects needed to deliver on business outcomes.

\xc2\xb7 Drive LSS vibe through Engagement drives & mentoring Leans & GBs

\xc2\xb7 Identify opportunities to deliver on committed productivity, productivity improvement in accounts through continuous improvement (CI) lever

\xc2\xb7 Drive stabilization for new transitions - metric identification, measurement system set & reporting set up, CI roadmap design, risk assessment

\xc2\xb7 Identify digital led transformation opportunities in existing relationships

\xc2\xb7 Deploy risk control & best practice framework

\xc2\xb7 Drive deployment of digital ops infra tools

\xc2\xb7 Ensure implementation of Project Management standards Software Engineering Practices for IT Services]

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

\xc2\xb7 Graduate, preferably - MBA or an Engineering background or any other disciplines with Analytical / Statistics/ Digital

\xc2\xb7 Minimum experience in IT Quality

\xc2\xb7 BB certified from recognized certification body

\xc2\xb7 Mentored / Completed 10 Six Sigma GB projects

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

\xc2\xb7 Experience in IT Quality Systems

\xc2\xb7 Good knowledge of Agile, ISO 20K, and CMMi

\xc2\xb7 Exposure to Agile /Scrum methodology preferably CSM/Agile certified /PSM.

\xc2\xb7 Completion of ITIL foundation or intermediate certification.

\xc2\xb7 Client facing experience in IT Organization

\xc2\xb7 Good communication, analytical and presentation skills
