Key Objectives of the Job:
As the Learning and Development Senior Manager for our NBFC, you will be responsible for driving the L&D strategy, ensuring the continuous development of all employees across various grades
Your primary objectives include:
Develop and implement a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with organizational goals.
Design and deliver training programs for employees at all levels, ensuring consistency and relevance to the NBFC industry.
Conduct Train the Trainer sessions to build internal capability for training delivery.
Create and manage a monthly training calendar, ensuring a diverse range of learning opportunities.
Oversee the L&D budget, optimizing resources for maximum impact.
Foster a culture of continuous learning, supporting career development and skill enhancement.
Specialized job competencies:
L&D Expertise: Demonstrate a strong background in learning and development, with 5-6 years of experience, preferably in the NBFC sector.
Content and Digital Learning: Proficient in designing and delivering content-driven and digital learning solutions to meet the needs of a diverse workforce.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in Kannada, Hindi, and English to effectively communicate and deliver training programs.
Training Delivery: Proven ability to conduct engaging and impactful training sessions for employees at all levels.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to align L&D initiatives with business objectives and contribute to the overall organizational strategy.
Budget Management: Experience in managing L&D budgets, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality learning solutions.
Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to understand training needs and ensure effective program delivery.
