Desired Candidate Profile

Educational Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in Real-estate Industry will be preferred.

Good communication and computer skills.

Strong team player Strong interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities Liaison and Land Acquisition:

Expertise in handling land acquisition process throughout in a timely manner.

Key focus on meeting target lines by ensuring mandatory approvals are sought from the necessary government bodies/authorities on time

Identifying Suitable Land Parcels, depending on Zoning and company requirement

Rate negotiations meeting the land owners, co-coordinating for legal clearance with in-house or external law firms

Collaborating with Revenue Departments and assisting in obtaining Land Conversion

Closely working with BDA and BBMP to get the Plans Sanctioned and Development Plan approvals

Expertise in handling land acquisition process throughout in a timely fashion.

Coordinating and collaborating with government authorities so that required documentation is completed.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
