Inviting applications for the role of Manager - Training
In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to F&A training & KM, which include:
Responsibilities
1. Understanding of Finance & Accounting with expertise in either one of the services lines - AP, OTC, RTR
2. Identify learning and knowledge gaps among associates during live operations, and analyze recurring themes to recommend targeted intervention
3. Leverage prior experience across F&A operations, transitions, training, and learning & development to build effective and scalable training programs or curriculums
4. Ability to work with a diverse set of stakeholders (customers, associates, operational leaders) to establish a robust knowledge management framework and deliver business impact
5. Understand training requirements for a new business and translate them into a training curriculum
6. Build accounting competency and technical know-how in the process
7. Should have the ability to use knowledge capture, retention and transfer tools
8. Preferably have working knowledge of ERP's (SAP, Oracle....)
9. Proficient in content creation and SOP documentation
10. Ability to take stand-up training sessions based on TNI on soft skills, domain
11. Ability to present in monthly/ quarterly reviews to internal and external clients
12. Should be competent in reporting & analysis
