Amma's Pastries is looking for a responsible and experienced

Outlet Manager

to lead daily operations at our Thrissur outlet. The ideal candidate should be a hands-on leader who can manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain operational discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day outlet operations Manage staff duty schedules and attendance Ensure hygiene, food safety, and quality standards are strictly followed Handle billing, cash, and daily sales reports Monitor stock, indenting, and wastage control Ensure excellent customer experience at all times Coordinate with Area Manager and Operations team Resolve customer complaints professionally

Requirements:

Minimum

2-4 years experience

as Outlet Manager / Store Manager (Food & Beverage preferred) Strong leadership and people management skills Basic computer knowledge (billing / reports) Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and festivals Good communication skills (English / Malayalam / Hindi preferred) Responsible, disciplined, and result-oriented

Salary:

25,000 per month (based on experience)
