Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Manager to lead our Germany-focused operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in overseas education--especially the German education system--and a proven ability to manage teams, student counseling, and institutional partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute recruitment strategies to achieve student enrollment targets for German universities.

Supervise and train counselors to provide accurate information on programs, universities, admission requirements, and visa processes for Germany.

Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions, seminars, and webinars focused on studying in Germany.

Stay up-to-date on university admission criteria, APS, visa documentation, and post-study work options in Germany.

Requirements:

Bachelors or masters preferred

Minimum 3 yrs of experience in overseas industry is mandatory

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
