Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Study Abroad Manager to lead our Germany-focused study abroad operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in overseas education--especially the German education system--and a proven ability to manage teams, student counseling, and institutional partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Student Recruitment & Counseling:

Develop and execute recruitment strategies to achieve student enrollment targets for German universities.

Supervise and train counselors to provide accurate information on programs, universities, admission requirements, and visa processes for Germany.

Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions, seminars, and webinars focused on studying in Germany.

Stay up-to-date on university admission criteria, APS, visa documentation, and post-study work options in Germany.

2. University & Institutional Relations:

Build and maintain relationships with German universities, colleges, and educational partners.

Liaise with partner institutions for application processing, admission updates, and collaborative initiatives.

Support the expansion of university partnerships and academic linkages in Germany.

3. Operations & Compliance:

Oversee the complete student application process--from inquiry and documentation to admission and visa.

Ensure accuracy, compliance, and transparency in all counseling and operational processes.

Track leads, monitor performance, and prepare regular progress reports for management.

4. Marketing & Outreach:

Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns promoting "Study in Germany" programs.

Represent EIG OVERSEAS at education fairs, school visits, and career events.

Create awareness through webinars, workshops, and digital marketing initiatives.

5. Team Management:

Lead, mentor, and motivate the counseling team to deliver high-quality guidance and achieve targets.

Conduct training programs to enhance team knowledge about German higher education systems.

Qualifications & Experience:

Masters or Bachelors preferred

Minimum 3 years of experience in the study abroad or overseas education industry (preferably with Germany-focused operations).

In-depth knowledge of the German education system, APS verification, visa process, and university application procedures.

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and student management systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
