Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Manager with a Chartered Accountancy (CA) qualification to join our growing team. A key requirement for this role is strong English language proficiency, both written and spoken, as the role demands frequent communication with clients, senior stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. Candidates with experience in Taxation will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and present accurate financial reports and MIS to management. Ensure timely closure of accounts and regulatory compliance. Draft clear, concise, and professional communication, reports, and emails. Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and internal teams. Lead meetings and effectively convey financial insights to non-finance teams. Oversee tax filings and support tax-related planning and documentation. Mentor junior finance team members and ensure quality standards. Keep abreast of the latest financial regulations and industry best practices.

Skills & Qualifications

Chartered Accountant (CA) - Mandatory Excellent command of English - verbal and written Strong interpersonal and presentation skills Proficiency in accounting tools and MS Office (especially Excel & Word) Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines Leadership ability with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Preferred skills

Hands-on experience in Direct and Indirect Taxation Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax Compliance Experience preparing tax documentation and audit files
